Important Notice: Clare Controls Product Discontinuation

Clare Controls has announced the discontinuation of its product line following its recent merger with ADI and Resideo. As a result, Clare products will be gradually phased out of the Quinte Smart Homes product portfolio and are no longer available for new installations.

For customers with an existing Clare Control security system, we have stocked common sensors, motion detectors and replacement parts covered under the original 2–3 year manufacturer’s warranty. Replacements will remain available while supplies last. 

All existing Clare systems will continue to operate normally, with software and cloud support available until January 1, 2030. After that, the system will still function locally, but without cloud connectivity or remote alarm monitoring.

Moving forward, Quinte Smart Homes will continue to offer the latest 2026/2027 security models and brands, ensuring continued access to reliable and advanced smart home technology for all new system installations.

We remain committed to supporting all Clare customers and will provide guidance for any future upgrades or transitions. If you have questions about your system or would like to explore new product options, please contact our office.
